Performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and featuring the Angel City Chorale, Prima Vocal Ensemble, and Lucis choirs. Soloists: Jimmer Bolden, Allie McNay. Commissioned by the Orchestra at St. Matthews, Pacific Palisades, CA. Sung in Lango, lyrics from a rainmaking litany.

How marvelous, Leanna! I've never heard this piece before (or heard of it, actually) so thanks for posting it. And what a percussion section in the orchestra! Even a Japanese taiko drum, although it wasn't used in this particular movement.
🤩👏 What a beautiful work of art! After last week's fabricated controversy over Bad Bunny, I literally weep for children (and adults) who will never hear this because it isn't in English and has a severe lack of steel guitars and twang (not that there's anything wrong with that)!!
