When I experience a brain blip, I visualize my fingers flipping through the card catalog until I find the information. A great focusing technique. 🥰 I cannot focus by visualizing my hand on a computer mouse frantically trying to get past the search algorithms forced on me by bots and other malign actors!! 😵💫
