Aww screw those geriatric dicks! They just saddled some unsuspecting dude with a ton of citations. Who knows if the car owner could afford all those tickets? If they want to be harmless jerks, they should just go up to diners with big windows and flash their old wrinkly naughty bits at lunch time.
