I don't know that "annoying drunk". Who knows someone like that? I mean, when I get drunk, I'm very affable...Oh no, I AM that annoying drunk!
Oh yeah, I've known my fair share of "annoying drunks" in my time. Along with "weepy drunks" and "handsy drunks." The absolute worst, of course, are the "mean drunks."
