About 3 years ago I posted a youtube video of the earth breathing. It looked like it was breathing but it was only going through the seasons. Now I found another earth map that shows the earth starting from 200,000BCE up to modern day. What is shows is the history of mankind from the beginning of man in Africa and how quickly we spread throughout the world. It also shows the different empires taking hold and then faltering into almost nothing. This is an amazing 19-minute video on world history. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing either how ambitious people were, or how bored they were. I can't imagine hopping on a boat NOW in modern day with access to Dramamine, to cross an ocean, let alone in a rickety sail boat.
