This is why our cultures ate things like beef, chicken or lamb and not dog, cats or seal penises. Even many cultures don't touch pork because of similar fears. I'm surprised however to learn it's the wealthy and educated people wanting this, I had assumed it was poor people.
China really needs to regulate its markets and food industry. Like RIGHT NOW.
