📚📖 In my house, we had the World Book Encycopedia with its own special shelf and brighter, more inviting, covers than Brittanica! My nostalgia helps me remember how great it was to explore without being strong-armed by someone else's algorithms!! And no ads, no crappy click-bait, OR horrific AI slop! 🤮 It was real learning by following my own curiosity and having time to process and absorb. It was being a kid. 😃🤸♀️🏃♀️
Old way to change channels never needed batteries. In my house growing up it was you had a pain take an aspirin if you had a cut put alcohol on it .Maybe taking together would work too.hahaha

Haha, I can relate! I remember going to the AAA to get maps pre GPS. How did we ever find anything? 😹

Oh yes, Mercurochrome fixed all MY boo-boos too!
We had a Zody's for our Walmart. There was a huge carousel that my grandma let me go on all the time when we went there. I remember the mercurochrome.
The nightly news is pretty scary.
