Crazy Witch's Daybook

My Mood:  I feel definitely like -uugh - today. I'm in a funk that I can't climb out of right now. It started with the rain over the weekend. I spent the whole fucking weekend in bed with that feeling and a bad back ache. Oh well. Sorry I'm in such a bitchy downer mood. I'm just tired of all this drama shit in my life.

What's Been Going On: David drove me to my immuno doctor, like I can't drive myself.  Doc said that I'm free to go but if I should have any strange pain in my knees in the future that I am to call his office to see him right away. Big whup! Like I don't know what to do if I get an infection in my knee again.

Anywho, it's been a weird feeling weekend. It's like something is off kilter in the universe and I can feel it. "It's the Force" BWAHAHAHAHAAAhaahaahahahaaa-snort! Sorry I just had to get that out.

No, really, something feels wrong and when I get these feelings it's usually something big. So be on the lookout for something strange that happens in the next few days my friends. I'm not kidding. It could be the beginning of the Zombie Apocalypse. Hey, it could happen!

What My Crazy Ass Is Reading: I had this book sitting around for the past six or eight months. Hell I don't know. But I'm a great big fucking fan of Chloe Neill and her Chicago Land Vampire Series. Right now I'm reading "Biting Cold" I love reading Chloe's books. I highly recommend her if you like vampire reads.

What's For Dinner: David actually cooked last night because I was in such a funk. He made Sloppy Joes with Manwich. He used an entire 2 lbs. of ground beef for it. Way too much meat for me. I had to check it out and fix the taste. I'm making spaghetti with what's left, which is like a whole fucking lot of meat. It should be really good with the Manwich fixings cause it was sitting in the fridge all night. I'll make a salad with it. David loves his salad.

The Crazy Witches Daybook

My Mood:  Right now I'm all wide eyed and crazy. I just want to kill something or David, which ever comes first. The puppies are hiding under the dining room table. Poor babies.
What Pisses me off:  Not being able to do what I want. Like when I went outside to water the plants and then put the sprinkler out. WTF!  I cant get the sprinkler to unscrew from the hose. David probably put it on with a wrench, the shit! So I had to go get the other hose from the other side of the house. So I'm schlepping my fat ass with the other hose in tow all the way around the house and walk up to the spigot. Drop the other hose and I'm trying to unscrew the hose from it and I can't. Fuck you David!!! He put this bitch on so tight I can't get it off. To top it off I don't have the keys to his shed. He put them in his truck for some insane reason.

So I get on the phone and ask him why he tightened the hose on the sprinkler. He said he didn't. LIAR!!  I threw the phone across the room, thank the Goddess it landed in a chair cushion. I get such a temper. I'm usually such a nice person. Went back outside and grabbed the hose and dragged it back to the otherside of the house, bitching and moaning all the way. The puppies are hiding cause they think I'm gonna give them a bath. Awww fuckit!!! I can't get the hose to reconnect to the spigot. Fuck all this shit!! I hope it rains and floods this shit out!  I need my meds and coffee. Lot's of meds and coffee!

My reason why I have these psycho mood swings: I haven't slept a normal night's sleep in, ohhh, I don't know how long. My aches and pains keep me up so that's nothing new. My meds only work when they feel like it. Could also be that I've been bit by the insomnia bug again.

So I spend my nights surfing the web, looking for funny shit to show y'all. I've found cool web sites and some really awesome recycling ideas. I'm also playing around in Pinterest. That place should be illegal. I spent 5 hours on it one night and didn't know it. It's like being in a time warp.

What I'm reading: I'm waiting for August to come around so I can get the next book from Chloe Neill, "Biting Cold". Until then I'm reading Rachel Caine's Morganville Vampire Series - "Bite Club".
Problem is I read so fast I start over on some of the older books I have just to stay entertained. I really need to go get a library card. I'm running out of shit to read. It's so bad I'm actually watching TV with David at night now. He watches reality TV crap. Like the logger guys and the gator hunters. I don't know the names of this shit, nor do I care.  I just watch it to stay out of trouble.

What I'm listening to: I am an Evanescience fan. Amy Lee is fucking awesome! The lyrics are fucking awesome! Can't say enough. Right now I'm listening to their Fallen CD and it's fucking awesome as usual. I always listen to her CD's at night while surfing the web.
Check this video.

Have a fucking awesome day my pets.

The Crazy Witch's Daybook

My Mood:  Yeah whatever. I'm soooooo freaking bored right now. I was going to work on my BOS today and get a few pages done but I'm not in the mood. Maybe later.

Freaky Shit Over The Weekend:  I watched the GOP debate and just laughed my ass off. As usual our beloved STUPID Governor Rick "Prick" Perry made an ass of himself, as usual. The man needs to shut up. But nooOOOOooooo. He goes and opens his stupid yap and makes a complete idiot out of himself which isn't hard and picks a little fight with Romney over mandates and what he said in a book.  One  thing my sweet minions. Please consider this.

Never ever vote for ANYONE FROM TEXAS FOR PRESIDENT.
Just sayin...

I was working on my exercises for my right knee on Saturday and of all things, I pulled a muscle in my calf. SHIT!!! That was so fucking painful. I should have warmed up first but I was in a hurry. I had a hard time walking the whole weekend so I had to grab my cane. I finally got things back to normal this morning. But dang! That was one painful lesson.

David is still working on the kitchen. He was playing around on his favorite web site HomeDesperateDepot.com. He was looking around in there for the counter top and back splash that I wanted. Sneaky bugger. Me thinks he shall get this done while I am in the hospital. At least I think he will. He's sneaky like that.

Our first yule together, back in 2002. He bought a chef's kitchen island that I oooo'd and ahhh'd about in World Market in Austin. It had a marble inlaid top and wine rack on the bottom. It was absolutely gorgeous. He went all the way back to Austin to get it for me while I was working. I cried croc tears on Yule when I opened it up. Best Yule ever. Mmkay, what did I get on the Humble Meter?

What I'm Reading: I finally got my newest Chloe Neill book, Drink Deep. Yes I'm an avid reader of all things Vamp and Witch. She combines both worlds and I just love it! Her 6th book comes out in August. The only thing I can say is, if you haven't picked up this book yet do so but start with her first one Some Girls Bite. She's awesome!

Other Shit and Ramblings:  Since I had my right knee replacement I haven't had much of an appetite.  I was told that some people lose their appetite when they have surgery like mine. But it was totally weird. Because while I was in the hospital for those three days I only drank cranberry juice or ate jello. David kept prodding me to eat but I couldn't.

It got to the point that I stopped eating at home too. I just gave the excuse that I was in too much pain to eat something. Which was also true. It was like I just couldn't eat with the pain going on in my knee. So now I'm eating somewhat. But it's like a hit and miss. Like for tonight, no dinner for me cause I'm not interested. I still cook for David but I'm just not hungry. When I get better after this left knee surgery coming up, I sure hope this continues. I'll be working out again at the Wellness Center by February. Then the pounds should be melting off from all the activity.
