Mindless Monday

That's how I feel this Monday morning. Totally mindless. As if my brains were sucked out by a Zombie pretty big mosquito. I'm just going through the motions today. Doing a load of laundry, cleaning the bathroom and picking up fucking dog toys everywhere I go. Sometimes I feel like I have 3 little two and three year old children running around this house in black and white onesies with speech impediments, fighting over toys and who loves mommy more. It's totally crazy.

Well, Mothers day was fun. I did a load of laundry, vacuumed and that was it. I had no energy what so ever after that. I spent the rest of the day with the puppies laying in bed watching really bad TV, which I gave up for a good book. My brother called me to see how I was doing and we chatted it up for a few minutes. Then one of the puppies farted and it pretty much cleared the room. I didn't go back to the bedroom until 8pm.

This morning I ventured out to check on some of the plants in the gardens. Everything is going great guns. The astilbe is coming up fast, but the begonias are slow as hell. I'm wondering if I'll have to write the nursery and ask for replacements. I have an old mock orange tree that I keep scaled down to a bush. It hasn't bloomed and I was wondering if it ever would. Well yesterday I was so surprised to find a few fragrant blooms on the tree. I have been babying that tree since 2 years ago. I've had it for 4 years now. I tried something different that I never heard of before. I poured a whole half liter bottle of club soda into the pot around the trunk about a week ago. Then bang I get flowers from a tree that never produced them in all the 4 years I've had it. It's because the club soda is like a fertilizer. It has natural minerals and phosphorus that plants crave. So this week when David goes shopping I'm going to have him grab up 5 more bottles of the stuff. If you want to try it, make sure it's the no or low salt club soda. This stuff perked up my house plants and that mock orange tree outside. I plan to pour it into my geraniums, begonias, and the astilbe. I'm wondering what it would do to the roses and the morning glories, or even the veggie garden. Hmmmmm.
As you all know by now I have gone to posting when I have the energy. Otherwise, my Wet Dog/Cat Wednesday is usually set up weeks in advance. So Monday is now Mindless Monday. Tuesday is Tickle Me Tuesday. Thursdays and Fridays will be open to whatever crazy shit I want to blog about. I don't know when I will be able to go back to Saturday or Sunday again. Right now it's pretty hard to run a 5 day blog. But I'll try to get back into the swing of things again before Autumn hits.

Awwwww Poor Baby Girl!!

This past Saturday I made hamburger on bun for lunch and I was cleaning up and doing dishes. David was watching one of those
"Let me show you how to fix shit around the house so you don't have to hire a professional until it's to fuckin late"
type TV show.

So when he finally brought his dirty plate to have it washed it developed into a play fight at the sink. He wanted to wash it and I wanted him to give it to me so I could finish cleaning up and shit.

Well he took the dish towel from my shoulder and proceeded to whip me with it and I was screaming cause it kinda hurt. All the ruckus brought some little fuzzy children with speech impediments into the doorway of the kitchen. One in particular, Lucy, my sweet baby girl, had such a scared look on her face. She must have thought David was really hurting me cause she almost looked as if she was going to burst into tears. I will  never  forget that little face.
This was while I was trying to calm her down
After I sat with her in the living room and then took her out to find squirrels she was fine. But the look on her face was priceless. She was so cute.

Notes From Hell

Hello my dear minions. David and I are going to be busy today. In fact shit started 0730 this morning. We took Pebbles to the vet for work on her left molar. She was holding on to me for dear life all the way while David drove. He was all up in her poor little face with shit like, they ( the vet) were going to put her to sleep and take pictures of her naked and shit. With cats lying next  to her doing nasty things to her and then they were going to put a squirrel on her and take pictures of that and post everything on the Internet.

Poor thing was shaking in my arms so hard that when they finally took her from me to the back to take her temp and get her into a cage, I looked down at myself and it looked  like PETA might get me for sporting a fur coat. She left like a pound of fur on my scrubs top that I was wearing.

We came home and the other puppies started shaking too when they sniffed me. I just had to say you guys are next if you don't get your shit together and start picking up your toys. Poor little Lucy got all defensive and shit. She's afraid to come near me now.

I have my appointment this morning at 1130 so we will see how that goes. I am wondering if he  will send me back to Dr. M. for the rest of my Lumbar Injections. Fuck, I can't wait.

After that mess David and I will have lunch at Olive Garden and then go to Home Desperate to get bird  seed and I want to see if they have some flowers that I saw on their site.

Shit That Some Of You Requested

Everyone wanted to know what I was writing about with David marking his territory and the flowers blooming a all. Also extra pictures of the puppies. Special note... David is typing this for me cause I'm in like in white hot pain here g/f. I endedup in the ER Sunday evening and I feel like shit. My back is a complete mess now and the Valium and Hydrococone the doc pit me on is bearly healping. I am waiting for an opening to see doc Miller my pain doc so I can get intothe surgical clinic and get the shots to releive my pain. so as of no I will not be on until further notice. Linda in NM i tried your number but it is not in survice. enjoy the pictures and stuff i had prpared last week for today my friends...ciao

Some of you have been requesting pictures of things that I have written about in the past. So here's a few I was unable to post the pictures with because I ran out of battery life in my camera before I could take the picture. So I took the picture of David's marked territory before he dug it all up and the after picture when he got the garden bricks. This is around one of our pecan trees in the front yard.

I want to plant geraniums in here but David won't let me. He wants roses. So we will be buying knockout roses and put white river stones along with it to keep the cats from using the bathroom in there.

Spunky, David's walking buddy

Some of you wanted more pictures of the puppies, only the Goddess knows why. So here they are
He hates his picture taken, notice he is sticking his tongue at me.

Pebbles wants attention

Pebbles was the little one we saved from a puppy farm. She was severely abused and very scared of human touch. As you can see that has changed. A little love goes a long way. If you will notice she has cataracts in both eyes and we have her scheduled for surgery in two weeks.

Pebbles, part Chihuahua, part Boston, part Diva

Lucy, my sweet baby girl, such a profile!

Lucy the teaser. She loves to start things with Pebbles Her profile is striking. Here she is sitting on David's lap on the front porch when I took the picture from the living room couch. We didn't have her tail cropped because it was crooked just like her personality.
Lucy is a nosy little girl

Almost A Jail Break

Oh what a beautiful day, so far. From a bone chilling 19 to now 53 degrees. But the sun is shining so that might help. Otherwise I'm in a damned great mood for once. The puppies are acting like little three year olds. Wanting to go out then coming back in as soon as the cold air hits them. They just got reprimanded by me for grabbing the clothes I had in sorted piles for washing and running all over the house with them. I'm still missing a blouse.

Yesterday I had a big scare. Mind you the puppies don't go on walks around the neighborhood, which is bad. We drive to the dog park and let them run free or David takes Spunky for walks at the track. Well yesterday we had a bit of wind that would gust up every now and again.

David had left for work without placing the gate rock back in place to keep the back gate to the courtyard closed. Well I never checked to see if the gate was opened and I let the pups out. Something really weird happened.

After I let the puppies out I walked to the front door with my coffee to sit on the porch. I opened the door and there was Pebbles, smiling, wagging her little tail. I let her in and she just pranced inside like nothing was wrong. So next I ran for the back door in the kitchen and the other two were sitting waiting to come in also. The gate was opened but they didn't run away. Although Pebbles was at the front door, none of them ran. I was totally amazed.

When I told David about it all he had to say was they love us enough not to run away like other dogs. Besides they know they have a good thing here. People who love and spoil them and a warm bed at night. Not many dogs have that. They are a lucky bunch

Weird Rants

I was checking my stats this morning, do you know that 55% of my viewers use Firefox and 35% still use Internet Exploder? Wild, huh? Then there are the weird things they put in for the Word Searches. What the shit is a  "boo monstres"??? I mean some of the stuff I see on my stats make me laugh harder than what I see in the blogs I read.

FREEZING Pictures, Images and Photos
Now on to the cold stuff.  Who the hell left the door to Canada opened!??  I really want to know!  It's colder than a Witc.....  nope not that .... well diggers ass is what I meant. I mean to tell you the puppies won't go outside unless I drag them out with me. That means I have to don a coat and 2 pairs of gloves and wool hat and my mukluks just to go outside.  Then I have to lie to them by grabbing my car keys and sweetly say "let's go for a ride." And it's only 46 outside. I really suffer from the cold in my middle age.

I have to say Thank You to those who will be attending my funeral possibly this weekend. Yes, the Tablet ,,,  read this weeks posts to catch up, I'll wait ... will be here by Friday and if not, with my luck maybe on Saturday when David will be home. Damned Fed-Ex, Can't you take the Saturday off like UPS??? Would it kill you to be off just one freaking day?

Sidetracked there. Oh yes. BlakkDuchess will deliver my eulogy and make sure I have something to do in the afterlife besides twiddling my thumbs. She has graciously offered to make sure that the Tablet is buried with me. Someone please keep tabs on her and make sure I get that tablet in my casket. On another side note, would someone make sure David has yellow roses for me at the funeral. You know, being Texas and all.

For Linda. I know what you mean about the Meniere's. I was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis three years ago. It's very similar with the vertigo and the nystagmus symptoms. One thing about Labyrinthitis is that it starts with a blinding ear ache in my left ear and then the tinnitus starts and then I have dizzy spells for about 20 to 24 hours after it all starts. Then it goes away. And it's like it never happened.

It started about yesterday morning around 7AM until this morning. I am fine now until my next episode. They usually come on with stress. Ugh!!! When have I never had stress in my life ahahahahaa. So that is one of the many plagues in my life, my dear friend. I have learned to live with it, that and the Fibro.

To all my other dear sweet minions. Your comments do not go unnoticed. I read them when I can and have to laugh at all the funny remarks. Y'all are entertaining as hell!!

Tis The Season To Warm The Puppies

I woke up late this morning and found two little shivering puppy dogs in bed with me. I couldn't even turn over to see who it was. They were secured, slightly under my back. Lucy had her legs under me and her little head on my neck. Pebbles was nearly under the lumbar area of my back.

It was quite impossible to turn over to see who was breathing hot and heavy in my ear. I had to get up out of bed. The Shiver Sisters were still lying there worming their way under the blankets. Lazy bums! So I left them there, went to get a shower to warm up my muscles and came back to get some clothes on and they were still snoring in bed. I got some coffee and toast. watched CNN for a half hour then came to turn on the computer to write a post and all I heard was loud snoring coming from the bedroom down the hall. Tis the season for puppies in bed with me again I guess.

Ok, as you know I'm back. Stinking Fibro made me dizzy in line at the Post Office yesterday and I almost passed out. I hate when that happens. David is usually with me and I can leave and sit in the car if it gets bad. It bothers him when I get my migraines and my fainting spells. His mom died of brain cancer. I already had an MRI and I'm okay in the head ahahahahahahahhaaa.  Never mind ... let's move on.

As for the e-zine I am going to take it slow and work things out. I have the MS Publisher coming from Amazon.com, but it won't be here til almost Christmas time. But the Wacom Intuos4 Medium Pen Tablet will be here in a week. I'm antsy as shit about that thing. Also wondering how I will be hiding it from David. When he does find out, I'll be dead meat. SO, who's coming to my funeral ahahahahahahhaaaa.

Out Of It

My dear minions. I am sorry but I will be out for a few days. I am not feeling quite up to par as I should. So I am going to take a few days off from writing.  I seem to have no energy at all lately. And I'm not feeling good either.  Lucy seems to know what's up because she has been very near me for the past two days now.  She is even following me around the house. Something is up and she knows it. So I will leave you all for now.

Good news is that the giveaway is still on.

Love you all lots
