 Hey Y'all, I'm not completely back. I'm still in debilitating pain. I can only visit in spurts of 5 minutes before the back pain gets really bad. This is one of the spurts. I will post when I feel like I can but for now it's going to be now and then. Sorry.

 Yes my pain has elevated over the past three days and nights which means lack of sleep and a short temper. I need to rest. So, I'm taking the week off again. I sure hope nothing good happens while I'm out of commission. Y'all take care.
