I was looking at computer models of the weather for next week. Not looking so good. I wonder if maybe I should check with NASA and see if something is coming our way, like maybe a solar flare or something in that neighborhood. It could be important
Y'all know it's hot in Texas when the dog melts
Or your minivan is puddling in the street
The blinds in your window suffer a complete meltdown
Even the birds look for shade
BUT CHEER UP ...

i give up. we are never going to see cool weather again. and by cool weather, i mean the 70's! we are in the high 70's at night. i live in the north for christ's sake!!!
I know! It's in the high 90's but it feels like the mid 100's during the day, and the high 80's at night. The humidity is killing us. There is supposed to be a cold front BWAAHAHAAhahaaahahaahaaaa, sorry, next week bringing us a possibility of rain. AAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAAAA!
Houston is crazy this week. It hasn't been getting lower than the mid-80s even in the middle of the night!
It's been strange weather for sure...even here in Nod we've had some uncomfortably warm stretches...but mostly due to the oppressive humidity.... The nights always seem to slip back down to the 50's/60's though. Loved the photos.... Hope y'all cool down! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
Not looking forward to winter. Too much darkness.
How anyone survives a Texas summer is beyond me.
It is hot in Canada when the snow melts.
Snow birds go south in the winter, perhaps you need to go north in the summer - what would you call that? Sun buzzards?

By the way, it was 99 degrees yesterday here in Maine. Today it is 67 and rainy. I know, it ain't fair.
