Hey! I'm back. YES! I feel pretty damned good too. First off I need to thank all my readers that wished me well through comments and emails. Thank you. Y'all are the best! I will be going through blogs in the next few days so don't dispair, I'll get to y'all soon.
David sprung me out of jail on Friday evening. It took so long because of the paper work and the doctor forgot to sign me out. So they had to call him back. But I am finally out. The cough is gone and I have so much energy.
Anywho, while there I took full advantage and slept my ass off. It was like a dream vacation. Just without the dream part. But I do have to say I was well rested. When I got home I was viciously attacked by the puppies. Oh, they ate me up. There is nothing left of me now. The little buggers were so glad to see their mommy again. I am so happy to be home.
David went to Luling City Market this morning to get some of his favorite BBQ sausage. He lives for that sausage. If Aaron Franklin of Franklin's BBQ up in Austin ever got a contract with City Market for their delicious sausage, Franklin's would be unstoppable. He already has the best BBQ ever, just saying. We are supposed to go up to Austin sometime this week to see my step-daughter. It's so nice spending time with her. She's been busy. I love visiting up in Austin. So much to see and do. *sigh*

you sound terrific! nothing like a good rest!
It is sad that you have to get so sick that you end up in the hospital and that is your vacation! Now go and plan a real vacation for yourself. But, no judgements here. I am getting my hysterectomy on the 4th and looking forward to the time off.
I am so glad you are finally home! Take it slow!!
Lots and lots of love!
Glad to hear that you're back home, feeling good and ready to kick ass once more! Winter solstice blessings to you, David and the pups!
So happy for you that you're feeling better! Hold on, "the doctor forgot to sign me out"!?! I mean, there's worse things a doctor could forget, like a watch inside someone's stomach, but seriously, dude, stop holding patients hostage. Enjoy being devoured by puppies!
I love the energy I hear in your words. Well rested, indeed! So glad things went well and you're feeling better. May 2016 bring more of the same yum! ♥
Happiest Winter Solstice! ☼
It is great reading that you are back and vibrant. The rest obviously did you good. Don't do too much too soon.
