Who's to say something like that isn't where the whole concept got started? Many religions -- maybe all of them, if we only knew -- had such absurd beginnings.
I'm getting tired of these dud rapture predictions. Every time, I hope it will actually happen, and all the fundies will vanish and leave us in peace, but every time it's a letdown. I'm starting to think God would rather have them stay down here, tormenting us, than put up with them up there himself.

A wonderful time for outpouring of sincere grief and sober reflection on tragedy...while waving thousands of placards that read "Turning Point USA" and chyrons on the screen so we would know where to send the money and buy the merch! 💰 Charlie Kirk is the martyr for even more grift for the fundies!! 🤬💩
