Check this, there is a site I found called Greatist that is really a pretty cool site if you are into eating better for your health and to lose weight. Well, they had an article that tickled me. It's about what happens if you don't get enough sleep. You will find a picture of me if you look up sleep deprivation. So true! Really!
Anywho they talked about how scientists have nailed down how many calories we consume if we lack sleep. They say that it's about 385. Wow! I did not know that. Are they fucking serious?? Come on!
They obviously aren't counting the Taco Bell XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito or a whole chocolate cake. What about a whole extra-large bag of Hershey's Kisses? They have no idea what we, the deprived sleepers of the world are capable of downing in our spare time. Don't forget 3 boxes of Thin Mints and Samoas. Samoas are really good. What, don't judge me!
