Does anyone remember watching this as a kid. You would have to be in your mid to late fifties as I am. I remember watching this every Saturday night.

I do not remember that because I am only 42 but I do remember watching Battlestar Galactica on Saturday nights with my cousins. Or was it Sunday night? Whatever night it was we looked forward to it and always had so much fun!
I remember "Fractured Fairy Tales" on Rocky & Bullwinkle but not "Fractured Flickers." Perhaps it wasn't broadcast in Canada. In those days, we had one channel -- the Canadian Broadcasting Channel (CBC) and only received very selected American shows.
That looks like the same animator that did Rocky and Bullwinkle. I watched that show all the time growing up. In fact, I have a dvd of the 1st season somewhere I think. I may have to pull that out and show the kids....
