Yesterday Lucy scared a squirrel and chased it up a tree. Something strange happened after that. All the squirrels were running over to my other neighbors back yard.

My neightbor has no pets so I was wondering what was going on. What I saw and took pictures of will make the hair on the back of your neck stand straight up. It gave me chills just watching. I was able to snap a few pictures quietly without them seeing or hearing me.

Something like a dozen or so were busy undergoing what looked like training exercises. Some were dressed in army like gear. They had guns and shit. Just look!!!

Oh Shit!! We're fucked now!

Just A Smattering Of What's Going On Today.

Whew! What a busy morning! I watered the lawn and gardens. Started a wash load of jeans and while that was doing the jig in the washer I ran a couple of errands. One to mail off some packages and the other to put money in the bank.

I was so fast that the wash load was on the rinse cycle when I got back. I think that's like 15 or 20 minutes. Damn I'm good!

Lucy was terrorizing squirrels this morning while I was watering the garden. She was sitting in between the rose bushes that sit around the pecan tree. She was watching me and

a squirrel came running around the tree. It saw Lucy and I swear to the Goddess that I heard that squirrel scream.

Lucy took off after it and they both ran for the pecan tree in my next door neighbors yard.

She never caught it but that squirrel was up in the tree chittering "bitch I'll cut you next time." Pretty sure of it. That was one scared pissed off critter.

David just got home for lunch and want's me to follow him to the dealership for his truck. His ABS light keeps blinking. Have a great day. Ciao y'all.

Friday Funny

Rrriiiiinnnnggg, rrriiiinnnngg,

'Hello?'
'Hi, honey. This is Daddy.
Is Mommy near the phone?'

'No, Daddy.
She's upstairs in the bedroom with Uncle Paul.'

After a brief pause,

Daddy says,
'But honey, you haven't got an Uncle Paul.'

'Oh, yes I do, and he's upstairs in the room with Mommy,
right now.'

Brief Pause.

'Uh, okay then, this is what I want you to do.
Put the phone down on the table, run upstairs,
knock on the bedroom door and shout to Mommy
that Daddy's car just pulled into the driveway.'

'Okay, Daddy, just a minute.'

A few minutes later
The little girl comes back to the phone.

'I did it, Daddy.'

'And what happened, honey?'

'Well, Mommy got all scared, jumped out of bed with no clothes
on and ran around screaming.

Then, she tripped over the rug, hit her head on the dresser
and now she isn't moving at all!'

'Oh, my God!!! What about your Uncle Paul?'

'He jumped out of the bed with no clothes on, too. He was all scared and he jumped out of the back window
and into the swimming pool.
But I guess he didn't know that you took out the water
last week to clean it. He hit the bottom of the pool and I think he's dead.'

Long Pause

Longer Pause

Even Longer Pause

Then Daddy says,

'Swimming pool? ...........

Is this 486-5731?'

No, I think you have the wrong number ...
