Harvey has reached category 4 and is slowing down. He will most likely do as I said he would and come on to land just east of Corpus Christi sometime after midnight. Just to let y'all know we should be fine. I'm not worried unless he stalls off shore and becomes a cat 5, then David and I and the puppies will bug out to Austin. But I think Harvey will die out way before that ever happens.
